IMMERSION COOLING ENSURES SAFETY AND DURABILITY

The direct contact of the coolant of the immersion cooling with the battery cells enables a homogeneous temperature distribution within the battery system. It is also possible to heat the system to achieve longer life, a higher number of cycles and increased system safety for the lithium-ion battery.

INNOVATIVE CELL SUPPORT CONECEPT INCREASES OPERATIONAL SAFETY AND PROTECTS THE CELLS

Design safety is increased by slowing down the thermal propagation within the battery modules. The design and material of the innovative cell holder maximizes the electrical insulation in the module and reduces the risk of internal short circuits

MECHANICAL DESIGN GUARANTEES A HIGH LEVEL OF STABILITY OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM

The robust mechanical design of the module allows it to be used even under harsh conditions. The aluminum housing in combination with the stable cell support reduces the effects of external forces such as vibration or deformation. This distinguishes us as a battery manufacturer for off-highway vehicles.

Individual cell block monitoring, combined with the proprietary battery management system (BMS) and a highly reliable cell data collecting module, contribute significantly to the maximum safety of the battery system.
